More to come later but first...

....In response to Suzanne's comment yesterday. I figured if I torture myself now, maybe labor won't seem that bad. And do you know how many people will be looking at that thing? I want it to look half decent. Maybe not totally decent, well because that just scares heebeejeebee's out of me!

No offense, but nothing will prepare you for labor. It's completely unique, but it's doable. Don't psych yourself out.

And, I have a good friend who's a L&D nurse. Don't bother to "pretty up", they don't care and will likely not notice. Chances are, there will be poop on the table, too.

At the end, natural or drugs, pretty or not, no one gives you a medal for doing it better, you end up with a baby. And that's all that matters. Good luck.

Oh, and that wasn't supposed to sound preachy, just trying to help. I know you get too much of that with pregnancy anyway, but I had to comment.

The benefits of adoption are looking better and better to me!

I could not handle poop on a table.

oh the trials of labor...but you know....you will go thru it-hating Randy for a short time--during labor pains- and forget all the pain, once you hold my grandchild in your arms, and if the crying of the baby is too much...yell for Nana!
seriously, as good health and stamina that you have , you will go thru this without a problem...better than most of us!
